Men’s Division

If a minimum of 24 Men’s entries are received, we will offer a Men's Division 2 competition. This means that following the Saturday afternoon qualifying round, those players who don’t qualify in the top 16 will have another opportunity and round(s) as part of a Division 2 competition. If we receive a minimum of 32 Men’s division entries, this Division 2 competition will consist of a Round of 16 match on the Sunday morning alongside the other divisions. However, if we only receive between 24-31 entries, then the Division 2 competition will move straight to Quarterfinals on the Sunday afternoon, being played by those players who qualified in the 17-24 positions.

Division Entry Additional Notes

  • Male players are free to enter any Men’s division they are eligible for. I.e., a Men’s Master’s player or a U19 Men’s player can choose to enter the Men’s Open category should they wish. Men’s players aged between 19-39 can only enter the Men’s Open category.
  • Female players can only enter the one division, the Women’s Championship division.
