This is a 72-hole event, part of the England Golf Order of Merit and the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR)

Round One and Two consist of The Royal Birkdale Silver Goblet (Sunday, August 10th).

Round Three and Four consist of The Hillside Pines Trophy (Monday, August 11th).

(Note: This event operates exclusively as a 72-hole competition, and separate entries for the Goblet and the Pines are not accepted.)

Amateur members from recognized golf clubs with an active WHS handicap of 0 or below are invited to enter.

In accordance with England Golf guidelines, participants with more than four general play scores among their most recent 20 will undergo assessment, focusing on the difference between their "Competition Score differential and the General Play differential." If a differential of more than 2 strokes is identified, the ballot for entry may not be successful.

The entrance fee is £220.00, which includes a light lunch at both venues.
