FIELD LIMIT
Field will be limited to 48 qualified Senior and 24 qualified Super Senior entrants. At the close of entry, each field will be filled by the lowest USGA Handicap Indexes and Golf Canada Handicap Factors in addition to exempt players and Presidential Invitees.
The PNGA reserves the right to modify any field limit after the close of entry to achieve a full field of 90 players.
ENTRY DEADLINE
Entry applications, along with the appropriate fee, must be completed or received by the PNGA by
12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds due to cancellation before the close of entry are subject to a $10 service charge. After the close of entry and up until round one pairings are released, players who withdraw for any reason will be refunded 50% of the entry fee. No refund for any reason will be issued after round one parings have been released.
Course yardage is subject to change based on weather/course conditions. Hole-by-hole yardages are posted on the championship portal and will be emailed to players.

ONSITE REGISTRATION
All contestants must register in person with the PNGA at Squamish Valley prior to starting round one play. Registration will be located at the Pavilion:
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1: 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
STARTING TIMES AND PAIRINGS
Round one and two starting times will be released on Tuesday, August 26. Round three starting times will be based on 36-hole scores. Preferred starting time requests will not be accepted. Starting times will be posted on the PNGA website (thepnga.org), on the Championship Portal and will be emailed to players.
SCHEDULE
54-hole stroke play (gross only). In the event of a tie for either championship, a hole-by-hole playoff will be held immediately following play to determine the winner.

Senior: 8:00 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. off the #1 tee
Super Senior: 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. off the #1 tee
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 – ROUND 2
Super Senior: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. off the #1 tee
Senior: 8:40 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. off the #1 tee
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 – ROUND 3
Senior: 8:00 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. off the #1 tee
Super Senior: 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. off the #1 tee
Practice Round
Players may play one complimentary practice round prior to the championship. Cart & practice facility fees are not included. Contestants may contact the club to book their practice round after the entry deadline by calling (604) 898-9521. Practice round scheduling is at the full discretion of the golf shop but have provided the following guidelines.
Out Of Town Contestants: Hosted practice rounds will be available in the afternoon on Monday, September 1 from 1:30 – 2:50 pm. Players may schedule their practice round after the entry deadline. Players must book their practice round before Tuesday, August 26. Unused times will be given back to the golf shop.
Local Contestants: After the entry deadline, local contestants may schedule a practice round between Monday, August 25 and Friday, August 29. Practice rounds must be made after 12:00 p.m. (noon)
FOOD SERVICE (NO-HOST)
The Restaurant will open at 9:00 a.m. each day.
BOTTLED WATER
The PNGA will provide bottled water during the championship. Coolers will be at multiple locations on the golf course. A beverage cart will not be on the course during play.
HOSTED LUNCH
The PNGA will host a player lunch following plan on Wednesday, September 3 from 12:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the restaurant. Players will have the option to select a meal off a limited menu.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All major credit cards and cash.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The golf shop will be open each day from 7:00 a.m. to dusk. The driving range will be open each day at 7:00 am.
RANGE BALLS
Warm up range balls will be provided to contestants on the driving range each day of the championship.
CARTS
Carts will be available to participants for $25 per day and fees will be collected by the PNGA during registration. If you did not pay for a cart during registration but would like to add one, please contact the PNGA. Carts fees do not cover practice round cart fees.
SPECTATOR CARTS
To provide an equal championship platform for all competitors, the use of carts by spectators is not permitted by the PNGA.
CHAMPIONSHIP ACCOMMODATIONS FOR DISABLED SPECTATORS
The PNGA is committed to providing an enjoyable spectator experience for people with disabilities at PNGA championships. Requests from spectators seeking transportation onto the golf course due to a permanent disability, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), should be submitted one week in advance to the PNGA Championship Department. While spectator carts may not always be available at each site, the PNGA will make every effort to accommodate these requests when available.
Generally, an ADA covered disability is defined as a “physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the individual”. See, 42 USCA §12102. Spectators with a “temporary” injury or impairment that is not an ADA disability will not be allowed use of a golf cart under this Policy.

CADDIES
Host club caddies will not be available. A player may provide her own caddie. Caddies will be required to wear a caddie bib provided on the starting tee.
PRIZES
All prizes will be awarded according to 54-hole, stroke play scores (gross only) in each championship.
Champion & Runner-Up: Crystal award and merchandise credit. Other high finishers will receive merchandise credit. All merchandise credit must be redeemed in the Squamish Valley golf shop.
Awards will be given to any contestant who scores a hole-in-one or eagle during the championship.
AWARDS CEREMONY
The PNGA will host an awards ceremony on Wednesday, September 4 immediately upon completion of each championship.
EXEMPTIONS
Champion of the PNGA Senior Women’s Amateur Championship will receive a lifetime exemption into the PNGA Senior Women’s Amateur Championship. Champion of the PNGA Super Senior Women’s Amateur Championship will receive a lifetime exemption into the PNGA Super Senior Women’s Amateur Championship.

GHIN SCORE POSTING
The PNGA will post competition scores for all players to the USGA GHIN System. Players not on GHIN are responsible for posting their own scores.
DRESS CODE
Players and caddies must be neat in appearance with respect to personal grooming and clothing while on host club property. The PNGA Dress Code Policy is available at the following link: thepnga.org/championship-home/championship-policies/ and will be provided to all players, along with any additional measures required by the host club, in the Player Memorandum.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The PNGA expects all contestants, caddies, gallery, and guests to exhibit proper conduct and behavior on the golf course and anywhere on club property during a PNGA championship. Unbecoming conduct or behavior may be grounds for immediate disqualification, at any time, from any PNGA event. The following are some examples of unbecoming conduct or behavior:
- Repeated use of loud, abusive, and/or profane language
- Throwing and/or breaking equipment (club, ball, etc.) in anger or frustration
- Damaging host club, PNGA, and/or fellow contestant property
- Public criticism or verbal abuse of host club, officials, volunteers or staff, and/or PNGA volunteers, staff or fellow contestants
- Potential endangerment of others
- Intentionally violating stated club policy
- Violation of PNGA Dress Code and/or Footwear Policy
- Other conduct deemed unbecoming
The Committee in charge of the competition shall be the sole judge of determining Conduct Code violations.
UNOFFICIAL WITHDRAWAL
During play of the championship, a competitor who withdraws must notify PNGA staff and fill out a withdraw form. Entrants who unofficially withdraw (by not notifying PNGA staff or without having sufficient reason to withdraw) will not be granted entry into any future PNGA championship for a minimum of two years.
PACE OF PLAY POLICY
Players are encouraged to be familiar with the PNGA’s Stroke Play Pace of Play Policy, which is in effect for this championship.
LOCAL RULES AND TERMS OF THE COMPETITION
Players are encouraged to be familiar with the PNGA’s 2025 Local Rules and Terms of the Competition, which will be in effect at all championships.
PROHIBITED USE OF AUDIO EQUIPMENT
Rule 4.3 is modified in this way: During a round, a player is not allowed to use an electronic device to listen to music or other audio (such as podcasts or the like), including by using speakers, headphones or earbuds. Penalty for breach of Local Rule - see Rule 4.3.
