Ed Forst Rules of Competition and Guidelines 

Format:

• Match play  
• Selective drive alternate shot 
• Combo tees (Black/Silver) 
• Two person teams 
• Maximum allowable difference in handicaps is 8 
• Team handicap is calculated by taking 40% of the difference between the teams total handicap.

Both teams must provide at least two times to play the match. If there are no dates that can be mutually agreed upon the match will be decided by coin toss on the deadline day

Match Deadlines:

Round 1: May 22

Round 2: June 19

Round 3: July 17

Round 4: August 7

Round 5: August 28

Round 6: September 18

Final: October 9

Extensions will not be granted 

Eligible membership categories: Regular, Limited, Senior, Intermediate

Defending Champions:  Buntain and Griffith

Entry deadline: April 15

Entry Fee: $70.00 per team
