Règles des matchplays doubles mixtes:
COMPÉTITION PAR TROUS AVEC HANDICAP (90%)
INDEX GOLF CANADA: pour participer aux événements de membres, vous devez garder votre index Golf Canada à jour après chaque partie jouée. Le comité d'handicap du club se réserve le droit d'effectuer des vérifications sur tous les joueurs afin de s'assurer que toutes les parties sont entrées.
ÉQUIPES FORMÉES D'UNE DAME ET D'UN HOMME (Membres 5 jours et plein golf sont bienvenus)
COÙT POUR PARTICIPER: 0$ (sauf dans le cas où un membre 5 jours décide de jouer un match le weekend, le frais de jeu normal est applicable)
INSCRIPTION AVANT LE 18 MAI 17h00 - le tirage des matchs aura lieu le 19 mai, vous le recevrez par courriel et il sera affiché sur le tableau dans le couloir à l'extérieur de la boutique
DATES BUTOIRS: AUCUNE EXTENSION NE SERA ACCORDÉE (si une entente pour jouer le match pendant la période déterminée n’est pas convenue , la date butoir est alors par défaut la journée ou le match doit se jouer. Si une équipe n’est pas disponible pour jouer à cette date c’est l’autre équipe qui gagne le match. Si aucune des deux équipes est disponible, une pige au hasard déterminera l’équipe gagnante)
- Ronde 1: doit être joué avant le 29 juin
- Ronde 2: doit être joué avant le 27 juillet
- Quart de finales: doit être joué avant le 24 août
- Demi-finales: doit être joué avant le 14 sept.
- Finale: doit être joué avant le 3 oct.
Prière de ne pas vous enregistrer dans cette compétition si vous ne croyez pas être en mesure de respecter les dates butoirs.
RÉSULTAT D'UN MATCH: les joueurs devront inscrire le gagnant sur le tableau dans le couloir à l'extérieur de la boutique après le match.
JOUEUR NON DISPONIBLE: si un des joueurs d'une équipe n'est pas disponible pour un match, peu importe la raison, l'autre joueur pourra affronter l'équipe adverse à lui seul.
LE TEMPS DE JEU DOIT ÊTRE RESPECTÉ : en aucun temps le fait de jouer un matchplay ne vous permet de ne pas respecter le temps jeu normal d'une partie. De plus, par respect pour les membres qui jouent derrière vous, lorsqu'un match se termine avant le 18e trou, nous vous prions de quitter le parcours.
RÉSERVATION DE TEMPS DE DÉPART:
Afin de faciliter la réservation d'un temps de départ qui convient aux 2 équipes, nous vous offrons la possibilité de réserver votre départ à la boutique plus de 5 jours à l'avance aux heures suivantes: lundi, mardi, mercredi en tout temps - vendredi-samedi-dimanche et jours fériés après 14h00.
CARTES DE POINTAGE: vous devez contacter mgirard@clublink.ca 2 à 5 jours avant la date de votre match pour faire préparer la carte de pointage officielle. Veuillez indiquer le nom des joueurs et l'heure de départ réservée dans votre courriel.
TROUS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES:
Si un match est égal après 18 trous, vous devez poursuivre avec un match de 3 trous (toujours en partie par trous) avec l'allocation normale des coups d'handicap - si l'égalité persiste, vous jouez un trou à la fois jusqu'à ce qu'un gagnant soit déterminé.
ENREGISTREMENT DES PARTIES DANS GOLF CANADA:
Pour qu'une partie soit valide, si un trou est concédé avant que la balle soit dans le trou, le golfeur doit enregistrer son pointage "le plus probable".
Si un match se termine avant que les 18 trous aient été joués, les trous non joués doivent être enregistrés comme Net Par (ex. le joueur reçoit un coup au #18 il doit enregistrer un 5).
MIXED DOUBLES MATCHPLAY RULES
NET MATCHPLAY COMPETITION (90%)
GOLF CANADA INDEX: when registering for member events, you must have your index up to date after every round in Golf Canada. The club's Handicap Committee reserves the right to verify all players indexes to ensure they are up to date.
TEAMS ARE MADE UP OF ONE LADY AND ONE MAN (5 day and full golf members welcome) (juniors by invitation of the golf committee)
COST TO PARTICIPATE: $0 (except if a 5-day member decides to play a match on the weekend, the normal green fee will apply)
REGISTRATION BEFORE MAY 18th, 5 p.m. - the draw for the matches will be done on May the 19th and you'll receive it by email and it will be posted on the board in the hallway outside the golf shop
ROUND DEADLINES: NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED (if an agreement is not reached to play the match within the specified period, the deadline day is the day on which the match is to be played. If a team is not available to play on this date, the other team wins the match. If neither team is available, a random draw will determine the winning team)
- Round 1: played on or before June 29th
- Round 2: played on or before July 27th
- Quarter-finals: played on or before August 24th
- Semi-finals: played on or before Sept. 14th
- Final: played on or before Oct. 3th
Please do not register for this event if you will not be available to respect the round deadlines.
MATCH RESULTS: players must post the winner on the board in the hallway outside the golf shop.
PLAYER UNAVAILBLE: if a player on a team is unavailble to play a match, the remaining player can play the match alone VS the team.
PACE OF PLAY MUST BE RESPECTED: at no time does participating in a matchplay allow you to disregard the normal playing time of a round.
Furthermore, out of respect for the members playing behind you, when a match ends before the 18th hole, you must end your round.
TEE TIME RESERVATION:
In order to facilitate reserving a tee time that suits both teams, we offer you the possibility of reserving your tee time at the proshop more than 5 days in advance at the following times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday anytime - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 2:00 pm.
SCORECARD: You must contact Director of Golf Marc-André at mgirard@clublink.ca 2 to 5 days before your match date to have the official scorecard prepared. Please include players' names and reserved tee time in your e-mail.
EXTRA HOLES:
If a match is tied after 18 holes, you must continue with a 3-hole match (still in matchplay) with the normal allocation of handicap strokes - if the tie persists, you play one hole at a time until a winner is determined.
ENTERING SCORE IN GOLF CANADA:
For a matchplay score to be valid, when a hole is conceded before the ball is in the hole, the golfer must record his or her "most likely" score.
If a match ends before all 18 holes have been played, the unplayed holes must be recorded as Net Par (e.g. the player receives a shot at #18 he must record a 5).
