Thank you for participating in the NJSGA Member Golf Day event held at Essex Fells CC on Thursday September 13.  As always, we have a great day of golf prepared!

Registration and the Essex Fells CC facilities (locker rooms and practice area) will be available at 10:30 am:

 

- All participants must check in at the NJSGA registration table

- The locker rooms are available for NJSGA participants to change into golf attire and golf shoes. *Please do not change into your golf shoes in the club parking lot*

 

Lunch: 
11 am to 12:45am  

 

Start time:

1pm Shotgun Start - Participants should be ready to go in or near the golf cart at 12:45 pm

Cocktail reception (Appetizers and Cash Bar) – Prizes will be awarded!

The cocktail reception will commence following the competition at or around 5:45 pm

 

Format: Individual Stokeplay Net - Stableford Scoring

Each player  plays his/her own ball and receives 1 point for net bogey, 2 points for net par, 3 points for net birdie, 4 points for net eagle, and 5 points for net double eagle. It is 0 points for anything net double bogey and above - if you can´t score better than NET DOUBLE BOGEY, you pick your ball up and head to the next tee - NO PENALTY.  


Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to team flight winners. Flights and the # of prizes for each flight will be decided on the day of the event.

 

Caddie and Cart Info: 
 

All participants are provided a golf cart as part of the entry fee. EFCC Caddies and Forecaddies are available  - please contact the golf shop - 973-226-3800 and ask for Caddie Master, Brian O'Toole, to reserve.

 

 

NJSGA Dress Code Policy:

This Dress Code applies to all Participants. Anyone who fails to comply with

any portion will not be permitted to begin play.

The following are PROHIBITED: Jeans, t‐shirts, tank‐tops, cargo shorts/pants, ‘short’ shorts, sandals, and flip‐flops.

‐ Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Hats must be worn forward and removed when indoors.

‐ Soft spikes are mandatory and must be removed in the clubhouse (except the locker room).

Failure to comply may result in future rejection of a player’s entry.
