FORMAT:

• The Divorce Open is a light-hearted 18-hole event designed to test team chemistry—and then shake it up halfway through. Players will compete in two-person teams using the Chapman Format, switching pairings after the front 9 for a fresh start on the back 9.
• Chapman Format
  • Both players on a team tee off. Each then hits a second shot using their partner’s drive. After both second shots, the team selects one of the two balls to play out the hole in alternate shot format, with the player whose shot was not selected hitting the third shot. Players alternate until the ball is holes.
• Partner Switch at the Turn
  • After 9 holes, all players will be assigned a new playing partner for the back 9 using a random draw format.
• All participants must have a verifiable handicap index. Handicaps will be applied at 60% of the lower handicap and 40% of the higher handicap for each 2-player team.

ENTRY FEES:

• $75 per player (plus tax)

• Registration will close on September 14th, with the draw being posted by September 18th.
