Eligibility Requirements

The Zone 3 Champion of Champions Tournament is a social event which allows the clubs/courses and the zone to recognize the outstanding players in each category and, in addition to playing for the Championship in each category, clubs may compete on a team basis.

Entrants are the Club Champion in each category from the current year’s competitions (or the previous year if the event has yet to be held). If the Champion is unable to attend, the club may designate an alternate – generally the runner-up in the event or last year’s Champion.

Champions’ Categories

• Women
• Sr. Women
• Jr. Girls
• Men
• Sr. Men
• Jr. Boys

Senior Men must be 55 years, or older and Senior Women must be 50 years or older.

Club Team Event – We encourage clubs to send as many representatives as they wish. However, the Club Team is composed of any three champions from a member club, one of which must be a woman.

It is hoped that this will make for a more inclusive and competitive event, while maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere to recognize the golfers’ successes of the past season.
