Player's handicaps should meet the desired standard by the 3rd of September 2025 when entries for this competition will close. In the event of over-subscription for the event, a handicap ballot will take place on the 3rd of September 2025.

This event will be WAGR and EGR Ranked, the minimum amount of girls required to qualify for WAGR ranking status is 8 players.
Each age and gender category winner will be invited to play at the 29th Edition of the Faldo Junior Tour European Grand Final at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club in the UAE on 18-20 November 2025.
