REGISTRATION FEE: $150 per player  (Select your partner from the Search box when entering)

REGISTRATION OPENS: May 9, 2025

REGISTRATION CLOSES: July 3, 2025 at 11:00 p.m.

STARTING TIMES: First starting time at 8:30 a.m. both days

FORMAT: Two-day, 36 hole, stroke play event.  First round: Partners, Four-ball (best ball), Second round: Partners, Chapman Format - Players shall both play from the teeing ground.  They shall cross over and play their partners ball.  They shall then choose which player’s ball to play and alternate until the ball is holed out.
 

FLIGHTS: Championship & *First Flight* (* at least 24 teams must be entered for a First Flight).  Flights will be determined after 1st round (if there is a First Flight)

TEES: Blue tees for all flights

TIES: If there is a tie at the conclusion of play, a ‘Sudden Death’ playoff will be used to determine a Champion for each Division. The Chapman format will be used for the playoff.  Ties for all other prizes will be divided equally.

CARTS: Carts are included for both rounds in the Registration Fee.  

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION: The use of motorized golf carts is mandatory during all Championships.  Only participants may ride in golf carts; NO CADDIES. Spectator carts are at the discretion of the host course. Walking spectators are always welcomed at Berks County Golf Association Championships.  However, you should contact the host course regarding their policy.

CADDIES: Walking caddies are permitted to assist players during their round.  Caddies may NOT ride in motorized carts.  It is recommended that they walk in front of the playing group that they are with.

PRIZES: Prizes will be determined by the number of participants.
