11:00 am - Check-in/Registration (proshop)

11:30 am - Lunch

12:30 pm - Shotgun start (18 holes)

  5:00 pm - Awards presentation following play

 

 

Registration Fee: $125/Player $500/Team

Deadline: Monday, June 16th

Format: 4-person scramble

Fee includes: 

• 18 holes with golf cart
• Tournament gift
• Lunch/beverages provided upon arrival
• Hole prizes awarded 

 

Add-ons you can purchase at registration:

• $125 - Hole Sponsors
• $25 per team - Mulligans (2 per player)
• $10 - John Daly Drive (Long Drive on #14, 150yds out)
