Junior Tournament - Par 3 Division - Ages 6-11 Tournament Waivers

Waiver

As parent or guardian of the junior I am registering, and on their behalf, as a condition of participating in the Junior Golf Tournament sponsored by the City of Overland Park, knowingly and voluntarily assume any and all risks inherent in participation of a golf tournament and in playing the game of golf, and further waive any rights or claim against the City of Overland Park, its officials, officers, and employees and against MGMCO, Inc, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers, to include, but not be limited to bodily injury, property damage and/or loss, or personal loss, sustained as a result of participation. I also authorize the City of Overland Park to use, at its discretion, any photographs taken while I or my child is participating in the program. On behalf of my child, I waive any and all claims that we may have resulting from such photographs or reproductions thereof.
