MEALS & DINNER

 

Note that there are a couple of options for tucker at Barnbougle. 

  • The Sports Bar at Lost Farm has a variety of pub-style meals, etc. (and is where we will have our event briefing on Friday evening.) Open from Noon until "Late"
  • The Dunes Clubhouse is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and is open until "Late"
    • Most of our golfers will have lunch here after golf on Saturday, before catching the shuttle back to Lost Farm.
  • The Lost Farm Restaurant - is open for Breakfast from 6:30am. A fully-cooked breakfast is $30pp.
    • Dinner. This is slightly more upmarket. Note that the restaurant is fully booked on Saturday evening)

 

COURSE SHUTTLE

  • As we are staying at Lost Farm, we will need to transfer to Barnbougle Dunes on Saturday morning (a very short ride). Some of you will have your own cars. For the others, we will need to reserve seats on the free shuttle from Lost Farm (leaving every 30 minutes). PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP IF YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE THE SHUTTLE ON SATURDAY, SO WE CAN RESERVE YOUR SEAT.

 

PULL-BUGGIES & CARTS

  • Note that the courses are Walking Only, and Carts are only available with a medical certificate. They also require you to hire a driver/caddie.
  • Pull-buggies/Rickshaws are available for hire on the day (extra cost, about $10)  CLICK HERE FOR BARNBOUGLE'S FEES

 

DRIVING RANGE

  • Both courses have a driving range and practice area. Balls are $6.00 per bucket.

 

LOST FARM'S 20 HOLES

  • Lost Farm has 20 holes - including a pair of bonus short par-3s. These holes can be played, if you want, but they cannot count in your 18-hole scorecard. So they are just "Fun" holes for this event. Also, as Pace of play is a concern, we ask that you don't dawdle.

 

EARLY TEE TIMES ON SUNDAY

  • Note that we have a one-tee start on Sunday, beginning at 7:00am. The early slots are for those of you with the earliest departure flights. PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP if you have an early flight on Sunday, so that we can allocate an early tee time for you.
  • Also - please note that there is always the possibility of a frost delay, so our morning tee times may be delayed. We will do what we can to help our golfers out, but if you have an early flight, then you may miss the presentation, etc.
