Mountain Dell LPGA League

Our group was originally part of the “Executive Women’s Golf Association,” a local chapter, which was started in May 1995. We were acquired a few years ago by the LPGA and became part of their Amateurs division. Our group ranges from seasoned, older golfers to beginners, and from those with lower handicaps to those with higher handicaps. We’re all in the game for fun and to hopefully help our game improve.

To join, please visit www.LPGAAmateurs.com and complete an online application. The fee to become a member will be based on your “age” and the status you fit into. Your membership dues will be prorated to Dec. 31, 2026. All memberships must be renewed in January to March each year. There are four membership options: Classic Membership, Senior Membership (for individuals 65 and older), Y.P. Membership (for individuals aged 18-35), and Military Membership.

We are also Members of the Utah Golf Association (UGA.org). Our group membership is currently listed as the “Mountain Dell Women” on the UGA list, but it is supposed to be changed to the “LPGA Amateurs Women’s Group”. We all play by the rules of golf and post our scores on the UGA website, which allows us to obtain handicaps. The LPGA requires these handicaps for participation in National and Local Competitions. You can download the “GHIN” application to your cell phone, which makes it easy to post your scores.

We’ll send you all the signup information for each Monday’s tee times at Mountain Dell, which will start the first Monday in April (Weather depending) and end in September.
