Tournament Information

  • Maximum 108 golfers, individual stroke play

  • Multiple flights, with gross and net prizes per flight

  • Tee gifts, drink tickets and meals each day

  • Women (white tees) and men (blue tees)

  • Optional flighted deuce pot and skins game (additional cash fee at registration)

  • Daily KP’s
  • Maximum index of 15.0 (Golf Canada handicap or equivalent required)

Entry Fee

  • Non RCC-Member: $325, plus GST

  • RCC Member: $250, plus GST

  • Entry deadline for returning players: July 7, 2025, after this date field will be filled by remaining applications 

  • Confirmations will be sent shortly after this date and payments will be processed at this time

  • Withdrawal Date: September 12, 2025 (latest date to withdraw and receive full refund)

Schedule

  • Practice rounds, for non RCC-members, will be available from September 15 – 25 at a discounted of $75, plus GST.  Please email our Head Golf Professional Mike Cyndroski to book- Mcyndroski@richmondcountryclub.ca.  Practice rounds are subject to availability and can be booked no further out than 3 days prior to practice round date (for best results, we recommend emailing the afternoon before or morning of requested time as additional tee time slots tend to become available at these times)

    • 7:00am registration and practice facilities open
    • 8:30am – 10:30am split tee start

    • Meal provided post round

    • Free putting contest post round
      • Proceed to practice green once you’ve completed your round to show off you putting skills for a chance at a great prize
  • Saturday, September 27, 2025

    • 7:30am practice facilities open

    • 8:30am – 10:30am split tee start

    • Prize presentation and buffet lunch post round
