Players should confirm in writing that they have completed registration / or if they do not intend to compete.

 

The deadline for entries is the 15th of September 2025.

 

Travel

 

Players should make their own way to Dubai Airport to arrive on the 16th of November.

 

 

Accommodation

 

The Danat Al Ain Resort is a 5-star luxury hotel spa in Al Ain. It boasts a spa, swimming pools, amazing rooms and suites. They have a wide selection of restaurants serving various foods, providing a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal and relax with family or friends.

 

Competition Dates

 

The competition dates are 18th - 20th of November 2025.

 

 

Tournament Format

 

The tournament will be 54 holes of Gross stroke play. Each Age Category winner will receive an invitation to compete in the Asia Grand Final at Laguna Lang Co. in Vietnam in 2026.

 

 

 

Timeline of Events

 

Sunday 16th November

 

Arrive at Dubai Airport

 

An optional day at Jumeirah Golf Estates to spectate the final round of the DPWT Championship.

or

Optional additional practice day/acclimation day.

 

Bus Transfers from the airport to the Hotel, Golf Club and from Jumeirah are available.

 

Monday 17th November

 

Official practice day for the competition, with full use of Al Ain's facilities.

 

Tuesday 18th November

 

AM - Round 1 of competition

 

PM - Optional Arabian BBQ Evening in the desert.
 

Wednesday 19th November

 

AM - Round 2 of competition

 

Thursday 20th November

 

AM - Round 3 of competition

 

PM - Gala Dinner hosted by Matthew Faldo, with prize giving.

 

Friday 21st November

 

AM - Bus transfers from Danat Hotel to Dubai Airport
