REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on June 6th.
A registration table/area will be identified at each host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at either Berwick Heights Golf Course & Paragon Golf & Country Club, depending on the assigned division of your team, before the event. Players can purchase a second practice for either Paragon or Berwick Heights for an $20.00 + HST, booked directly through the club.
Players can book their Practice Rounds by calling the host clubs.

Please be mindful that the host sites may have Men's and Ladies' leagues throughout the week and other events leading up to the championship. Both courses will be able to provide you with dates and times that are available.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for round one will be communicated 1-2 weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.
The starting times for round two will be within the division, based on round one scoring and
communicated as soon as possible after day one completion.
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior to starting play on each day of the competition.
Caddies are to sign out a caddy bib at registration before the competition and must return the bib to the scoring area immediately following the competition. Please refer to the Caddy Bib Policy.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.

CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
Each player is entitled to a $20 Food Voucher for the course they are playing their Saturday round at.

Driving range and practice green are available onsite at both host facilities.
