REGISTRATION

 

All players must register prior to beginning play on August 18th.

A registration table/are will be identified at the host course.

OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND

 

All players are entitled to complimentary practice rounds at KenWo Golf Club prior to the event.

 

Details about booking your practice round are to be determined.

STARTING TIMES

 

Starting times for the event will be communicated two weeks before the event. The starting times for day two will be communicated as soon as possible after day one scores are posted.

CADDIES

 

Caddies are allowed.

A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.

 

Caddies are to sign out a caddy bib at registration before the competition and must return the bib to the scoring area immediately following the competition. Please refer to the Caddy Bib Policy.

 

IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3.  Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.
