We had a fabulous weekend of golf in the Cayman Islands!

Not only did we host our Junior Island Championship but we also had the enjoyment and excitement of

watching our own Justin Hastings win Low Amateur at the US Open.

What a weekend!  Please join me in congratulating Justin and our

2025 Junior Champions Bethany Hawkins and Luke Dodson!

The tournament wouldn't have been possible without our sponsors - Grant Thornton and Butterfield.  Thank you for your continued, generous support of junior golf.  The prize table was a sight to see!  With 18 Competitive Players and 27 Recreational Players competing over the weekend, the future remains bright for junior golf on the island and your support is priceless.

There are a lot of hours that go into making an event like this happen and I would like to recognize the staff at North Sound for their hard work and calm guidance all weekend.  And to our amazing team of volunteers - Jenny Frizelle, James Walton, Joel Dodson, Reagan Rando, Susie da Silva, Caolan Teasdale, Jason Perras, Stuart Reed and Paul Skinner - it was so much fun working with all of you and I really appreciate the hours and thoughtful planning you contributed.

Full Results and a Photo Gallery of the weekend are posted on the Event Portal at https://www.golfgenius.com/ggid/ciga2025juniorchamp. Check it out!  This is a public portal so feel free to share with family and friends.
