                                              • 15:00 – Hotel Check in opens

                                              • 18:00 – Tournament Opening Reception (Mocktails & Canapes in the Blu Sky Lounge)

                                              • 19:00 – Guest Speaker Q&A (all participants and families welcome)

                                              • 21:00  – Evening proceedings come to a close

 

Sunday 16th December – Practice Round (Prebooked Tee Times)

                                              • 07:00 – Shuttles from the Hotel to the Golf Course commence

                                              • 08:00 – 11:00 – Tee Times

                                              • 12:30 – 16:00 - Lunch post round is available in the Hawksbill Restaurant

Monday 17th December – Tournament Round 1 (Draw)

                                              • 08:00 – 10:00 – Tee Times

                                              • 11:30 – 15:00 - Lunch post round is available in the Hawksbill Restaurant

Tuesday 18th December – Tournament Round 2 (Draw)

                                              • 08:00 – 11:00 – Tee Times

                                              • 12:30 – 16:00 - Lunch post round is available in the Hawksbill Restaurant

 

Wednesday 19th December – Tournament Final Round, & Prize Presentation & Dinner at Golf Course
