1. 報到櫃檯開放時間：10:30–12:40，請選手務必於開球時間前30分鐘 親自完成報到，否則視同放棄參賽。

 

2. 選手須知：

• 開球時間前20分鐘需至球車上車處準備出發。

• 開球時間前10分鐘需抵達開球梯台。

• 賽事提供箱裝水，建議自備環保水瓶裝水。

• 選手於完成比賽後，應立即前往賽事辦公室繳交計分卡，方視為正式完成比賽。

• 當日擊球費已含於報名費中；其他現場消費請於當回合結束後至球場櫃檯繳費並歸還消費本。

 

3. 觀賽須知：

• 請至大會服務處辦理報到，並完成：

   a. 簽署免責聲明與繳交新台幣 $500 押金（請自備零錢），領取觀眾識別證。

   b. 繳交觀賽費新台幣 $300（含餐廳抵用券與保險）。

   c. 進場後須全程配戴觀眾證，否則將請離球場；未歸還者，押金不退還。

• 僅可於一號洞與十號洞開球時進入梯台觀賽；其餘時間僅可行走於車道上，並與球車保持安全距離。

• 觀賽時請降低音量，避免影響選手。

 

4. 兒童切結書：

本次賽事旭陽球場對年齡6–11歲之選手設有特別規定之切結書。JGL將統一為符合年齡之選手簽署切結書，請家長務必向小選手說明內容並遵守相關規範。

 

 

1. Check-in Time: The registration desk will be open from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. All players must complete check-in at least 30 minutes before their tee time. Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting the competition.

   

2. Player Guidelines

• Please be at the golf cart pick-up area 20 minutes before tee time.

• Please arrive at the tee box 15 minutes before tee time.

• Bottled water will be available during the tournament. We encourage players to bring their own reusable water bottles.

• Players must proceed directly to the tournament office to submit their scorecard upon completion of their round. The competition will only be considered officially completed once the scorecard has been properly submitted.

• The green fee for the event day is included in the entry fee. For any additional on-site expenses, please pay at the clubhouse after completing your round, and return your consumption logbook.

 

3. Spectator Guidelines

Please visit the tournament service desk to complete the following steps before entering the course:

• a. Sign the liability waiver and pay a deposit of NTD $500 (exact change preferred) to receive a spectator badge.

• b. Pay the NTD $300 spectator fee (includes NTD $100 restaurant voucher and insurance). 

• c. Spectators must wear the badge at all times while on course. Anyone not wearing a badge may be asked to leave the course. The deposit will not be refunded if the badge is not returned.

 

Additional Notes

• Spectators may only access the tee areas of Hole 1 and Hole 10. After tee-off, they must walk only on the cart paths and maintain a safe distance from golf carts.

• Please keep your voice down during the event to avoid distracting players.

 

4. Child Safety Waiver (Ages 6–11)

For this event, Xuyang Golf Club has special safety regulations for players aged 6–11.

To simplify the process, JGL will sign the waiver on behalf of all eligible players.

We kindly ask parents to explain the contents of the waiver to their children and ensure their understanding and compliance with the safety rules during the event.
