WELCOME TO THE 2025 ISWGA TOURNAMENT

BROOKWOOD GOLF CLUB

September 7 - 9, 2025

 

The start of the 46th ISWGA tournament is just a few days away! The ISWGA Board and the Brookwood Golf Club staff are ready for a fun and successful tournament. The field is set, player information is entered, and we can’t wait to see you.

 

Attached are the tournament pairings for Day One - Sunday, September 7th.  The pairings are also listed on Golf Genius and can be accessed using the GGID: 2025ISWGA.  We will use Golf Genius throughout the tournament for on-course scoring and leaderboard updates. Please download the Golf Genius app on your phone if you do not already have it.  The use of Golf Genius significantly expedites the scoring process, so please ensure that one player from each foursome is recording the scores to Golf Genius.

 

Hard-copy scorecards will be placed on the carts and will serve as the official score for all players.  Scores will need to be verified and scorecards signed at the end of each round. Please be certain that the scorecards and Golf Genius scores match before you turn in your scorecards.  Please turn scorecards in to the Brookwood volunteers who will be inside the door of the bar area as you leave the course following each round.  Unsigned or incorrect scorecards may lead to disqualification from the tournament.

 

Pairings for Monday, Sept. 8th will be assigned based on Day One (Sunday) gross scores and will be emailed on Sunday evening. Pairings for Tuesday, Sept. 9th are based on the first 2 days gross scores, will be emailed Monday evening and will include your flight information.  [Note:  Pairings will also be posted on the ISWGA website, but may not be available until the morning of play.]

 

Finally, attached is a copy of the 2025 tournament rules.  Rules will be discussed before play on Sunday and a hard-copy rules sheet will also be placed on the carts that day.

 

Helpful Information:

 

●       You may utilize the bag drop area, so please have your clubs easily accessible to the Brookwood staff for unloading.  If there is a long line, park your vehicle and a cart will pick your clubs up from your vehicle.  Please make sure your clubs are clearly identified so we can attach your event bag tag and load on your assigned golf cart.

●       Registration table will be located on the back deck close to the ISWGA banner.

●       We will be taking a group photo before our round on Sunday.

●       Spectators and caddies are not allowed for this tournament.

●       We will be conducting the popular raffle drawing at the conclusion of the tournament.   Each ticket is $ 5.00 and will be available for purchase throughout the tournament.  All monies collected from ticket sales are returned during the raffle.

 

 

 

Schedule of Events

 

Sunday, September 7th:

11:15 a.m. Registration opens – your clubs will be removed from your vehicle at the bag drop or your vehicle and your bag tag attached. Proceed to the registration table (back porch area) for check-in and receive your tee gift. Lunch can be purchased at the course before the round.

 

11:30 a.m. Driving range opens

 

12:35  p.m. Group photo

 

12:45 p.m. Gather at your carts for announcements

 

1:00 p.m. Round 1 play begins. Upon completion, scorecards signed,

checked and turned in.

 

Pairings will be completed for the following day and will be emailed.

 

 

Monday, September 8th:

 

7:45 a.m. Driving range opens.

 

9:00 a.m. Round 2 play begins.

 

1:30 p.m. Upon completion of play, lunch will be provided followed by the annual ISWGA business meeting and the Round 1 and 2 awards.

 

Dinner on your own.

 

Tuesday, September 9th:

 

7:45 a.m. Driving range opens.

 

9:00 a.m. Round #3 play begins.

 

1:30 p.m.  Upon completion of play, lunch will be provided followed by the raffle drawings and championship/flight awards.
