Tuesday, November 18
- Practice Rounds - Available after 12:30pm on the River Course - Paid for by CGA (captains will be emailed their assigned tee time block)
- Teams can bring up to 12 players max
- Practice rounds are available between 11/10 - 11/14, based on availability

- Players Reception at the River Landing Clubhouse
- Located in the River Landing Ballroom
- Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Complimentary food and beverage provided (excluding liquor)
- Team gifts, local rules, starting times/pairings and schedule of events will be distributed/discussed
- ALL teams/players are expected to attend
- Captains must have their Semi-Finals match pairings emailed to Hogan May no later than 5:00pm
Wednesday, November 19 (Semi-Finals Matches)
- Tee Times from 10:00am - 12:00pm off #1 & #10 Tees on the River Course
- Awards for Semi-Finals participants will be distributed immediately following play
- Captains must have their Championship match pairings emailed to Hogan May no later than 7:00pm
Thursday, November 20 (Championship Matches)
- Tee Times from 9:00am - 11:00am off #1 Tee on the River Course
- Awards will be distributed immediately following play
Food & Beverage
Dinner and drinks will be provided for all team members on Tuesday, November 18 in the River Landing clubhouse. Breakfast biscuits will be provided for all team members on Wednesday, November 19. All other food and beverage will be at the player's expense. Food and beverage is available in the clubhouse and #9 green.
