Register now for the December GAM Winter Simulator Series

REGISTRATION:
1) Register & pay your entry fee using the online form available here.
2) Once GAM receives your registration, both team members will receive an invitation from the TrackMan Tournament System. Team members will receive two invitations, one for the round at Bellerive CC and one for the round at Royal Ottawa GC. The competition starts on December 1st, teams will receive their TrackMan Invitations within 24-48 hours of registering. Click ‘Go To Tournament’ in the email, log-in with your TrackMan account details (or create a free TrackMan account if you do not have one), click the orange ‘Join Tournament’ button, and you are in. Both team members must be logged into TrackMan to play the round.
3) When the Round time window opens (Dec. 1 - Dec. 31), visit your local TrackMan Simulator, sign-in to the unit with your TrackMan details, select ‘TOURNAMENTS’, then select which round your team would like to play, “Play Tournament’, add the required players, and hit ‘Start Game’.

ENTRY FEE:
$20 per team + Fee for golf paid at selected Trackman facility. Contact your local TrackMan facility for pricing and availability.
REFUND POLICY:
Once the event has started (Dec.1st) no refunds are permitted.
ELIGIBILITY:
Entries are open to any amateur golfer, male or female, holding an active GAM/GHIN Handicap Index® at the time of registration and competition from an authorized GAM member club. Both team members must be GAM members. If you are not a GAM member, you must register for a GAM membership HERE.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Beginning December 1st, players will have until December 31st to complete both rounds (Bellerive CC, Royal Ottawa). Players do not have to complete both rounds in a single session, however they must complete both rounds before the competition closes on December 31st at 11:59pm.
FORMAT: Two-Person Team Four-Ball (Best-Ball). Teams will have the option to choose between three sets of tees when registering: Championship, Regular, and Forward.
BOTH GOLFERS ON A TEAM MUST PLAY IN THE SAME DIVISION.
After registration closes, teams will be flighted based on their combined team course handicap.
Putting will be set to automatic two-putts outside of 8/ft when the ball has come to rest on the green. Approach shots (on the green) less than 8/ft to the hole will be scored as an automatic gimmie. Mulligans are not permitted.
PRIZES: Each player from the winning team will receive a $75 BOYNE Golf gift card. Gift cards will be given to the winning team of each flight.

As a reminder both golfers on a team must play from the same tee set. The tee set you choose will be used for both rounds; you will not be able to switch tees in between rounds. Please choose the tee set that best suits both golfers if you and your partner usually play from different tee sets.
SCORING:
After registration closes, teams will be flighted based on their combined team course handicap. Gross scores from both rounds will be combined to populate the final leaderboard. GAM will gather your team score from TrackMan when your team has completed a round. The GAM will then upload your scores to the Golf Genius leaderboard. The Golf Genius leaderboard will not be visible until after the close of tournament registration (December 17). Scores may take 24-48 hours to become visible on the Golf Genius leaderboard.
TRACKMAN SIMULATORS:
The GAM Winter Series can be played at any TrackMan simulator in the world. This includes TrackMan simulators at private golf courses. Teams can only play this competition on official TrackMan simulators NOT at TrackMan ranges.
