This golf event is designed to include everyone at the club without any pressure. This is a fun event that will allow each of you to meet new people and enjoy a fun format of team golf. It is designed to be quick and fun for all involved at any level.

REGISTRATION FEE: $90++

 

Additional $40 per round for those without the weekend package.

 

Please note: Fees will be applied to member accounts the day after the registration deadline.

 

 

 

TEAM SELECTION & HANDICAPS

 

Players can register as a single, pair, threesome, or foursome. We will pair those who don't register as a full team randomly though the golf genius software. We will take each handicap and use 25% of the lowest cap, 20% of the second lowest, 15% of the third lowest, 10% of the highest cap, and add those totals together. We will not round these numbers to help in an event of a tie. Total score less your team handicap will determine the winner.

 

 

FORMAT

 

Each player will tee off on every hole. The team will select the tee shot they want and whoever hit that shot will step-aside and not hit the following shot. The three other players will hit the second shot and choose the best one. The person who hits the second shot will not hit the third shot but the person who hit the drive will hit the third shot. This will continue until the ball is holed. There will always be three people hitting a shot.

 

 

HANDICAPS*

 

• All Registrants must have a current Golf Canada Handicap Index in order to participate in this event.
• If you do not have a Handicap, you can establish one by posting 54 holes in advance of the event.
• Anyone signing up to play will have their postings reviewed.
• By registering for this event, you confirm that all acceptable scores have been posted to Golf Canada. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.

 

*Participants without an established handicap may still register for this event, but will play with a zero handicap or may be ineligible for competition/prizing. You may still come enjoy a great day on the golf course, event food and beverage, and all other event features.
