Girl’s Night Program Details

  • 18 Nights Total, Wednesdays from May 6th to September 2nd
    • 4 Special Themed Shotgun Starts
    • 14 Regular Weeks with Tee Times

 

Details of the 14 Regular Nights

  • Reserved Tee Times starting from 2pm to 6pm
  • 9-hole rounds starting at 3:30pm or later
  • Rotate starting on front 9 and back 9 every other week.
  • $20 F&B Voucher included each week
  • Skill Prizes & 50/50
    • We will no longer be doing draw prizes and gross & net scoring during these regular weeks.
  • Option to play additional 9 holes ($45 tax included)

 

Details of the 4 Special Themed Shotgun Starts

  • 4 Dates & Themes
    • Wednesday May 6th - 1st Girl's Night - Theme TBD
    • Wednesday June 24th - Theme TBD
    • Wednesday July 22nd - Theme TBD
    • Wednesday September 2nd - Final Girl's Night - Theme TBD
  • 9-hole Shotgun Starts @ 5:00 or 5:30pm
  • Deluxe Buffet Dinner Following Golf
  • Skill Prizes, Draw Prizes, Gross & Net Prizes, Best Costume Prizes, Birdie Pot & 50/50
  • Limited availability to play additional 9 holes prior to these shotgun starts

  • Can use a punch pass round for shotgun starts, but will need to pay an additional $55.

 

Entry Into All 4 Special Themed Shotgun Starts - $420

  • Entry into all 4 shotgun starts, including all the prizing, 50/50 and dinner. 

 

Important Notes & Changes

 

There will be no draw prizes, or gross & net scoring on the 14 regular girl's nights. There is simply the skill prizes and 50/50. The majority of our resources and giveaways will be going to the 4 shotgun starts. 

 

We will no longer be using Golf Genius for booking tee times for the 14 regular weekly Girl's Nights. We will allow your foursome to book your Girl's Night Tee Times for the entire season, so you won't have to book weekly. Tee times are typically between 2pm & 6pm, with 9 hole play preferably after 3:30pm. We will allow BMGC season pass holders to play prior to 2pm if they choose. These tee time selections are on a first come, first serve basis, so talk to your group asap and contact Shane to book your preferred tee times for the season. Please provide Shane with all the ladies names in your groups. Any other weekly bookings can be made through Shane or the golf shop - spugliese@melcor.ca.

 

Registration for the special themed shotgun starts will be through Golf Genius.
