ENTRY FEE
- The entry fee for the Golf NS Women's Provincial Championship is $260.00 CAD / Player (HST included)
- One practice round and a warm-up bag of range balls for each day of the competition is included with your entry fee.
- A $20 food voucher is also included with your entry fee.
- Cart Reservations will be handled through the host club. Amateur and Mid-Amateur competitors who use a golf cart will not be eligible for the respective Canadian Amateur Championship.

- Registration Opens: March 30th, 2026 at 9:00am
- Registration Deadline: June 12, 2026 at 9:00pm

REGISTRATION PROCESS

All players who are registering for the 2026 Golf NS Women’s Provincial Championship (Am/Mid/Sr) on March 30, 2026, will be placed into PENDING STATUS until April 13, 2026.

All players who earned an early registration exemption at the 2025 Golf NS Women's Provincial Championship are eligible to register for the event on March 16 at 9:00 am and will be accepted into the event immediately. Out-of-province players who have earned an early registration exemption are eligible for early registration.

Registrations will be ACCEPTED on a first-come, first-served basis (day and time of registration). Once the field is full (144), remaining registrations will be placed on a WAITLIST. We encourage all players who wish to participate in the event to register immediately after registration opens on March 30th at 9:00 am.

Five (5) out-of-province players will be accepted into the event, including the players who have earned an exemption. Out-of-province players will be eligible for the waitlist.
ELIGIBILITY
- Amateur: This competition is open to female amateur golfers who are 14 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Mid-Amateur: This competition is open to female mid-amateur golfers who are 25 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Mid-Master: This competition is open to female mid-amateur golfers who are 40 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Senior: This competition is open to female senior golfers who are 50 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Super Senior: This competition is open to female senior golfers who are 60 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Super Senior Plus: This competition is open to female senior golfers who are 70 or older as of July 5th, 2026
- Amateur, Mid-Amateur, and Mid-Master players who decide to take a golf cart will not be eligible for a Team or quota spot at the respective Canadian Women's Amateur Championship.
- Handicap Index must be active & updated on the date of the application filing and at the registration deadline. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their Handicap Index is up to date before the registration deadline.
- This competition is open to female golfers who are members of a golf club belonging to Golf Canada or holds a Public Player membership with Golf Canada. All players must be members in good standing with their respective associations.
- Any player who has a disability or medical condition that alters their ability on the golf course, please contact the Tournament Director following your registration.
