REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on July 25th.
A registration table/area will be identified at the host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to complimentary practice rounds at KenWo Club prior to the event.
Thursday, July 9th – Wednesday, July 15th:

Thursday, July 16th – After 11:00 AM only:

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for round one will be communicated two weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.
The starting times for round two will be within division, based on round one scoring and
communicated as soon as possible after day one completion (same for round three).
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.
Caddies are to sign out a caddy bib at registration before the competition and must return the bib to the scoring area immediately following the competition. Please refer to the Caddy Bib Policy.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.
