REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on September 16th.
A registration table/area will be identified at each host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to complimentary practice rounds at Le Portage Golf Club prior to the event.
Details are to be determined.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for round one will be communicated 1-2 weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.
The starting times for round two will be within division, based on round one scoring and
communicated as soon as possible after day one completion.
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.
Caddies are to sign out a caddy bib at registration before the competition and must return the bib to the scoring area immediately following the competition. Please refer to the Caddy Bib Policy.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.
