Registration opens on Monday, June 01, 2026 at 01:00 AM and closes on Friday, September 04, 2026 at 11:00 PM.

 

The Sacramento Golf Council has launched a new Tournament Portal for 2026.

 

Please click on the "Register Now" button on the left side of this page to register for the tournament. For your first event with the new portal, you will first need to create your profile.  Once your profile is created, you will be prompted to register for the event.

 

Tournament Details

 

Entry Fee: $149 per team (refundable less $10 cancelation fee if you cancel before Friday, September 04, 2026 at 11:00 PM) - includes green fees, tee prizes, power cart, lunch, and awards.

 

Course: Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course

 

Tees:

Men & Junior Boys age 12+ - White Tees at about 5,400 yards

Women, Junior Girls & Junior boys age 7-11 - Black Tees at about 4,700 yards

 

Format:  This is an 18-hole, 2-player team event. The competition will use a Chapman Scotch format (Hit, Switch, Hit and Choose). Complete rules will be explained on the day of play. There will be two divisions - a Handicap Division and a Callaway Division.

The Handicap Division will be for teams where both players have a current GHIN. The difference between the team members' Indexes may not be more than 15. The Callaway Division will be for teams with no GHIN or where only one team partner has a GHIN. For players with a GHIN, the September 1, 2026, GHIN will be used to determine the player and team handicaps.

 

Pairings: Click on the "Tee Sheets" link at the top of this page to view the pairings. Pairings will be posted about one week prior to the tournament.

 

Scoring - All players must come to the scoring area to verify scores.  Not visiting the “official scoring table” immediately at the conclusion of the round may result in disqualification.
