Format
- 18 golf holes = 2 baseball games
- Each 9 holes = 1 “9-inning” baseball game
- Each hole = 1 inning
- Every foursome has:
- 2 Yankees fans
- 2 Red Sox fans
- Your side is a 2-man team.
Winning a 9-hole segment earns 1 point for your overall Yankees or Red Sox side.
Example
If:
- You make a net birdie = 2 runs
- Your partner makes a net par = 1 run
Your team scores:
- 3 total runs for that inning (hole)

Your score on each hole converts into “runs” like baseball.

Match Structure
- First 9 holes = Game 1
- Second 9 holes = Game 2 (“nightcap”)
Important tie rules:
- Tie after 9 holes in Game 2 = “double or nothing” worth 2 points
- Overall tournament tie after all matches:
- Each team selects 1 player
- 3-hole putting contest decides winner
