REGISTRATION
All players must register from 7:00am - 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 15 before their practice round at Pine Hills Golf Club. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they MUST notify the Golf Canada Tournament Director, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca) and register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their tee time for Round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Pine Hills Golf Club on Tuesday, September 15. Beginning on August 4, players may book their official practice round in the Golf Genius tournament page HERE. Tee times may not be booked later than 1:30pm. Players are NOT to call the course to book their official practice round.
Additional practice rounds may be available in the week preceding the championship at the discretion of the host club.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Sunday, September 13. Final round starting times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes on Thursday, September 17.
CUT POLICY
After 36 holes the field will be reduced to the low 70 players and ties, based off the Senior division. A minimum of 5 Super Seniors will make the cut and anyone within 10 shots of the Super Senior leader.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 2-3 days before the Official Practice Round. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.

ENREGISTREMENT
Toutes les participantes doivent s’enregistrer entre 7 h 30 a 14 h 00 le mardi 15 septembre , avant leur ronde officielle d’entraînement au Pine Hills Golf Club. Si une joueuse n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, elle DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE OFFICIELLE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT
Toutes les joueuses ont droit à une ronde d’entraînement gratuite au Pine Hills Golf Club le 15 septembre. À partir du mardi 4 août, les joueuses peuvent réserver leur ronde officielle d’entraînement sur la page du tournoi de Golf Genius ICI. Les heures de départ ne peuvent être réservées pour plus tard que 14 h 2.
Aucune ronde d’entraînement supplémentaire n’est disponible pendant la semaine précédant le championnat. Des rondes d’entraînement supplémentaires pourraient être disponibles pendant la semaine précédant le championnat, à la discrétion du club hôte.
HEURES DE DÉPART
Les heures de départ pour la première et la deuxième ronde seront affichées en ligne le dimanche 13 septembre. Les heures de départ de la troisième ronde et de la ronde finale seront envoyées par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 à 2 heures après la fin du jeu de la ronde précédente.
POLITIQUE DE COUPERET
Après 36 trous, le champ sera réduit aux 70 joueuses les plus bas et aux ex-aequo, sur la base de la division Super Senior. Un minimum de 5 Super Senior feront le cut et toute personne se trouvant à moins de 10 coups du leader Super Senior. Les heures de départ du tour final seront envoyées par courriel et disponibles en ligne après la fin du jeu.
