REGISTRATION
All players must register from 6:30am - 2:00pm on Monday, August 10 before their practice round at TPC Toronto (Heathlands). If players cannot register on the day of the Official Practice Round, they MUST notify the Golf Canada Tournament Director, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca) and register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their tee time for Round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at TPC Toronto (Heathlands) on Monday, August 10. Beginning on Monday, June 29, players may book their official practice round in the Golf Genius tournament page HERE. Tee times may not be booked later than 1:30pm. Players are NOT to call the course to book their official practice round.
Additional practice rounds may be available in the week preceding the championship at the discretion of the host club.
Power carts are PROHIBITED for players, coaches, and spectators during the Official Practice Round or championship play.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Saturday, August 8. Third and final round starting times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes in Rounds 1 & 2.
CUT POLICY
After the second round, the field will be reduced to the low 70 and ties. Third and final round starting times will be emailed out and available online after play concludes.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 2-3 days before the Official Practice Round. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.

PLAYER HOUSING
If you would like to inquire about the opportunity to stay with a host family for the Championship, please contact Tournament Director, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca).
To request a billet for the Championship, players must complete the Billet Request Form and will be accommodated first-come first-serve. Billet requests will only be considered once a player is accepted into the Championship.
TRANSPORTATION
Players are responsible for arranging their own transportation during the Championship. Golf Canada Members can save up to 25% off Avis base rates when making a reservation with Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number S662200. Visit www.avis.ca/golfcanada to book a rental vehicle.
CADDIES
Caddies are not permitted during the championship.
YARDAGE GUIDES
Each player will receive a complimentary yardage guide for TPC Toronto (Heathlands), courtesy of Golf Canada and the Organizing Committee.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice range will be open daily from 6:00am - 6:00pm. Range balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club.

CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The clubhouse will open daily at 6:00am. Players will be provided a complimentary breakfast and lunch at TPC Toronto (Heathlands) for each championship round.

ENREGISTREMENT
Toutes les participantes doivent s’enregistrer entre 06h 30 a 14 h 00 le lundi 10 août, avant leur ronde officielle d’entraînement au TPC Toronto (Heathlands). Si une joueuse n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, elle DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE OFFICIELLE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT
Toutes les joueuses ont droit à une ronde d’entraînement gratuite au TPC Toronto (Heathlands) le lundi 10 août. À partir du lundi 29 juin, les joueuses peuvent réserver leur ronde officielle d’entraînement sur la page du tournoi de Golf Genius ICI. Les heures de départ ne peuvent être réservées pour plus tard que 13h30.
Aucune ronde d’entraînement supplémentaire n’est disponible pendant la semaine précédant le championnat. Des rondes d’entraînement supplémentaires pourraient être disponibles pendant la semaine précédant le championnat, à la discrétion du club hôte.
Les voiturettes de golf motorisées sont INTERDITES aux participantes, entraîneurs ou spectateurs pendant la ronde officielle d’entraînement et les rondes du championnat.
HEURES DE DÉPART
Les heures de départ pour la première et la deuxième ronde seront affichées en ligne le samedi 8 août. Les heures de départ de la troisième ronde et de la ronde finale seront envoyées par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 à 2 heures après la fin du jeu de la ronde précédente
POLITIQUE DE COUPERET
Après le deuxième ronde, le nombre de participants sera réduit aux 70 premiers et aux ex aequo. Les heures de départ du troisième et du dernier tour seront communiquées par courrier électronique et seront disponibles en ligne après la fin de la compétition.

LOGEMENT DES JOUEUSES
Si vous souhaitez vous renseigner sur la possibilité de séjourner dans une famille d'accueil pour le championnat, veuillez contacter la directrice de tournoi de Golf Canada, Madeline MacMillan (mmacmillan@golfcanada.ca).
Pour demander un hébergement en famille pour le championnat, les joueuses doivent remplir le formulaire de demande de famille d'accueil et celles-ci seront attribuées selon l’ordre de réception des demandes. Les demandes d’hébergement en famille d’accueil ne seront prises en compte qu'une fois que la participation au championnat est confirmée.

Les joueuses sont responsables de l’organisation de leur propre transport pendant le Championnat.
