PLAYER INFORMATION
2026 SRIXON NSW MID-AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
The SRIXON NSW Mid Amateur Championship will be conducted over three 18-hole rounds (54 Holes) of stroke play at Howlong GR & Albury Commercial GC between Sunday 24th to Tuesday 26th May 2026.
Round 1 & 2 Draw - Howlong GR & Albury Commercial GC (Shotgun Starts each day)
Round 3 Draw - Seeded Draw and will be done on the completion of Round 2.
- Players who make the cut will play Rd 3 @ Howlong GR - (Shotgun Start 9:00am)
- Players who miss the cut will be able to play an Individual Stableford Competition @ Albury Commercial GC
(Between 7:16am-8:20am) - Bookings will be essential and can be made to Golf NSW staff before 6pm on Monday 25th May.
The winners of the 54 Hole Championship will be crowned the 2026 SRIXON NSW Mid Amateur Champions.
*** PLEASE NOTE - There will be NO draw requests for the Round 3 Draw, as it will be SEEDED for the Championship ***
*** ROUND 3 - The Cut will comprimise of the Top 70 men (plus ties). There will be NO cut for the Women's Field.

REGISTRATION
Please ensure you register at the Golf NSW Registration Area iat least 30 minutes prior to your tee time EACH day.
The Registration Area will be located in the clubhouse, where you will be able to obtain Pin Locations and Golf NSW Hard Car & Local Rules.
CHAMPIONSHIP SHIRT
If you have ordered a Championship shirt, they will be available to pick up at Registration on Sunday 24th May @ each venue (Rd 1 Draw)
DIGITAL SCORECARD
** PLEASE NOTE - Digital Scoring is a requirement for the Championship and no paper scorecards will be provided
Golf NSW will be utilising the Digital Scorecards system for the Championship. If you haven’t used the Golf Genius digital scorecard before, please ensure you download the Golf Genius App and read the instructions. Links are below.
You will receive a GGID (scoring code) for each round, the day prior, which you will need to put into the Golf Genius App to complete your scorecard.
Leaderboards will be displayed in the clubhouse, as well as being available online at www.golfnsw.org.au
**IMPORTANT** You must login to the Golf Genius App with your daily GGID which is sent to you mobile phone by text each day
**IMPORTANT** Please do not login in with your email address and password (this is incorrect and scores will not be recorded correctly)
**PLEASE NOTE** Official submission and certification of your digital scorecard must be done with Golf NSW staff in the designated scoring area in the Clubhouse at the completion of each round. Failure to do so, could lead to disqualification if scores are incorrect.

PRACTICE ROUNDS
**PLEASE NOTE** During the SRIXON NSW Mid-Amateur Championship (Sunday-Tuesday) - Practice Before or Between Rounds
Rule 5.2a - A player MUST NOT practise on the competition course before their tee time or between Rd 1, Rd or Rd 3.
Practice is only permitted on the designated practice areas.
Practice rounds will be available at limited times leading up to the Championship.
Bookings are essential, please contact each golf clubs Proshop directly. (There may be a minimum cost involved)

MOTORISED TRANSPORT
As per the Terms of Competition / Condition of Entry, players may only use a motorised transport / golf cart if a medical certificate is provided. This must be submitted to Golf NSW prior to the tournament.
Bookings & Payments will be required to be made directly with each Proshop.
PULL BUGGIES
Both golf clubs have a very limited number of pull buggies available for hire.
If possible, we strongly encourage that ALL local and other players bring your own pull buggy.
DRESS REGULATIONS
All Entrants must comply with the Golf NSW Dress Regulations. Jeans will not be permitted.
DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES
Range Finders / Distance measuring devices are permitted.
CADDIES
Caddies are permitted.
PACE OF PLAY
Pace of play guidelines will apply to the Championship. Guidelines will be strictly enforced, and penalties may apply for breaches of the guidelines.

WITHDRAWAL
If you are unable to participate, please notify Golf NSW immediately by emailing emmanuel.aravanis@golfnsw.org.au
On presentation of a medical certificate, a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee ($10.00).
PRESENTATION
There will be a presentation for all prizes in the Championship following play on Tuesday 26th May @ Howlong GR following the completion of the Final Round in the Clubhouse.
