The August KCGA on 8/23 will be a 9 Hole Shamble/Scramble Event to help mitigate the Heat. Check in and get your cart at the Cart Staging area near the Island Putting Green. Registration is OPEN to guests that you would like to invite.
The sign-up deadline has been set for EOD Friday, 8/21, to allow adequate time to create the pairings. The cut off for dinner reservations will be noon, Saturday, 8/22.

This month's event is a Shamble/Scramble You can request to play with another couple. However, I may need to split up your foursome to be able to maintain balanced Pairings. Let me know if you are willing to play with someone other than your spouse to help balance the field (i.e., ABCD).
Link to the Menu Instead of a Buffet Dinner there will be "Afternoon" "Order off the Menu Tavern 91" Lunch (food and/or drinks) following play. We will gather at the Cypress Room or Magnolia Room depending on how many Players we have signed up. All players and any other KCGA League members who may choose NOT to play golf are encouraged to join in for the social part of our event. The XLife discount will apply for those who belong to the program.
We will have a shotgun start at 1:00 PM and request you check in at the cart Staging area at the Main Club Cart Staging Area near the Island Putting Green so we will know that you have arrived. Tournament fees & CTP/Mulligan $$ will be billed directly to your club account, so no cash will be collected when you check-in. The scorecard and rules sheet will be on the carts in the Main Club staging area. We will be using online scoring with Golf Genius so it will be important to ensure at least one person in each foursome can use the app.
