Format
72 Holes Stroke Play. Cut to the top 70 & ties after round 2.
Tee Times
Rounds 1 & 2 - Published online here & via email on Friday 17th April.
Round 3 & 4 - Published online & via email in reverse standing order shortly after close of play on Friday 24th April.
Close Tee Time Request
Competitors that are staying and/or travelling together may submit a Close Tee Time Request. The deadline to submit this request is 9am Friday 17th April, the draw will be conducted this same day. Wales Golf cannot guarantee that all requests are met but will endeavour to accompany requests as best as possible.
Parental Consent Forms
Any competitor under the age of 18 on Day 1 of the Championship must complete the Online Parental Consent Form
Withdrawals
Players withdrawing should email competitions@walesgolf.org
Practice Round

Practice Facilities
There is an onsite driving range, tokens are to be purchased from the Pro Shop. The range is a short drive up the 9th Hole, there is a car park there.
There is a Putting Green and a short game area on site by the clubhouse as well as 3 nets.
Caddies & Spectators
Permitted – no restrictions
Championship Office
The Championship Office will be located in the Committee Room upstairs in the clubhouse.
Catering
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. At player’s own expense.
Clubhouse & Pro Shop
Open 1 hour prior to the start of each day’s play.
Wales Golf Hard Card

On-course Championship Information and Scoring
Scorecards, Pin Positions and Local Rules to be collected at the 1st tee from the starter each morning. Live scoring to be completed by the players (one in each group) via smart phones.
