NOTE: The Local Rule providing an alternate to stroke and distance is NOT IN EFFECT for this tournament. Players must proceed under Rule 18. 

• OUT OF BOUNDS

1. Beyond any boundary fence or line defined by white lines and/or white stakes.
2. The maintenance area between the 14^th and 15^th hole is out of bounds.
3. A ball coming to rest on or beyond a public road is out of bounds even if it comes to rest on another part of the course that is in bounds.

• ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITIONS

Free relief in the general area from flower beds, cart paths, trees supported by stakes and/or ropes, aeration plugs, steps and wooden retaining walls not in penalty areas.

• POWER LINE

If a player’s ball hits a powerline or wire/pole supporting the powerline on the course, the player must replay the stroke by playing the original ball or another ball where the previous stroke was made.

• NO PLAY ZONES

The garden area right of the 2^nd green and between the 5^th and 6^th hole are No Play Zones treated as abnormal course conditions. Free relief must be taken.

• FESCUE AREAS

If a ball is played towards an area of tall fescue that is not in a penalty area, the player should play a provisional ball in case the ball is lost.
