- Members will earn player of the year points at all NAGT tournaments regardless of your finish in flight.
- Your top 8 finishes during the season from April thru the Tour Champ will count towards your flight standing and P.O.Y.
- The Top ranked players from each Open and Senior flight in F1-F6 after the Tour Champ will win Player of the Year and earn a trophy for their accomplishment presented by Home Concepts ROOFING.
- The #1 points leader in each Division(defined as open and senior combined) advances to Match Play and face the Tournament of Champions Division winner for the title of Champion Golfer of the Year!
The Top 4 point leaders along with any player who won a tournament in the 2026 season will qualify and be invited to the Tournament of Champions at Heritage Club where the Division winner walks away with a boosted prize pool and spot in the Champion Golfer of the Year Match Play Championship!
- Player of the Year Points will be allocated as follows:
- Local events are typically your local weekend tournaments like a City Champ or 2 man event.
- State events are your local state championship and or at times a signature sponsored championship like Tournament of Champions.
- Regional Major Championships; apply to local majors, sometimes on Monday's but our highest profile tournaments where we boost prizing and awards which are the Masters, Players, Open, and Tour Champ.
