1. 報到櫃檯開放時間:10:00,請選手務必於開球時間前30分鐘 親自完成報到,否則視同放棄參賽。
2. 選手須知:
- 開球時間前20分鐘需至出發站集合。
- 球場於出發站、第六、十四洞賣店設有飲水機,第一、十洞旁涼亭處也設有水箱,建議選手自備環保水瓶裝水,適時補充水分。
- 選手於完成比賽後,應立即前往賽事辦公室繳交計分卡,方視為正式完成比賽。
- 當日擊球費已含於報名費中;其他現場消費請於當回合結束後至球場櫃檯繳費並歸還消費本。
3. 觀賽須知:
- 球場因安全考量,嚴禁家長下場跟走,僅提供第一洞及第十洞Tee台邊 觀看選手開球。
- 請務必注意球場動向,以免發生危險。
- 球場會館可供休息使用,請盡量避免於會館內食用外食。
- 觀賽時請降低音量,避免影響選手。
1. Check-in Time: The registration desk will be open at 10:00 AM. All players must complete check-in at least 30 minutes before their tee time. Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting the competition.
2. Player Guidelines
- Please be at the Golf Cart Staging area 20 minutes before tee time.
- Drinking water stations are available at the cart staging area and at the shops near Holes 6 and 14. Water tanks are also located at the pavilions near Holes 1 and 10. Players are advised to bring their own reusable water bottles and stay properly hydrated throughout the round.
- Players must proceed directly to the tournament office to submit their scorecard upon completion of their round. The competition will only be considered officially completed once the scorecard has been properly submitted.
- The green fee for the event day is included in the entry fee. For any additional on-site expenses, please pay at the clubhouse after completing your round, and return your consumption logbook.
3. Spectator Guidelines
- Due to consideration of safety, parents are strictly prohibited from walking along with the players. Spectating is only allowed at the teeing areas of Holes 1 and 10.
- Please be aware of course traffic at all times to avoid accidents.
- The clubhouse, restaurant on the first floor and the café near the starting area are available for rest and refreshments.
- Kindly keep your voices low during play to avoid disturbing the players.
