IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Volunteer Headquarters and Check-in
- The Volunteer Headquarters is located <INSERT LOCATION>
- All volunteers must register and check in at the Volunteer Headquarters before starting their shift.
Apparel and Uniform
- Volunteers are required to wear the official 2026 Australian Women's Classic volunteer polo and hat at all times while on duty.
- Polos and hats will be available for collection at your volunteer information session prior to the event as communicated.
- Please wear black bottoms as part of your uniform (pants, short or skorts).
- Uniforms should not be worn on days you are not rostered to work.
Admission and Parking
- Your complimentary Season Pass gives you access to the Tournament for the entire week - please ensure you keep it with you at all times.

Parking:
- There is no parking available on site. The clubhouse carpark is reserved for players and VIPs only.
- Golf carts owned by members ARE NOT to be driven on the golf course at any time throughout the tournament.
Meals and Water
- Meal vouchers and bottled water will be provided to all volunteers and redeemable in the Volunteer Headquarters.

Practice Facilities

Lost & Found
- Located at the Proshop (Clubhouse).
- Items must be collected before 6:00 PM on the day they are lost; unclaimed items will then be moved to Volunteer Headquarters.
HEALTH & WEATHER
UV Protection
- To protect against UV exposure:
- Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen before starting and reapply every four hours. Available at the Volunteer Headquarters.
- Wear a hat and sunglasses.
- Wear protective clothing as instructed.
- Follow safe work schedules during hot weather.
Inclement Weather
- Do not assume your shift is cancelled due to rain. Report as scheduled unless advised otherwise by the Volunteer Coordinator.
