Golf Cart Operation

• Only authorised volunteers may operate golf carts and must follow these rules:
  • Do not exceed the passenger limit.
  • Do not stand on the back of the cart.
  • Never leave the key in an unattended cart.
  • Do not sit or stand in box carts.
  • Maintain safe speeds and keep arms and legs inside at all times.
  • Use cart paths where possible and avoid driving through large galleries.
  • You MUST AT ALL TIMES follow the host clubs cart hire rules and regulations. 

 

Emergency Evacuation

• Familiarise yourself with the evacuation plan posted in your work area.
• In case of fire or other emergencies, evacuate as directed by the designated fire warden.
• Clubhouse assembly points: TBC.

 

First Aid & Incident Reporting

• First Aid is available at the Clubhouse.
• Report all injuries or incidents immediately, even if minor.
• Registers of injuries are located:
  • Clubhouse administration office
  • Golf NSW Tournament Office
  • Volunteer Headquarters
• If the register is not accessible, inform the Volunteer Coordinator or staff, who will record details.
