Rules of Golf - Six Week Course

 

 

COURSE DETAILS

 

DATES: This course will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm starting on February 10th and ending on March 19th.

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Rules of Golf Courses are designed for those individuals who are looking to learn the Rules of Golf in depth and prepare to take the USGA or R&A Rules Exam. The Course will be broken up into twelve 2 hour sessions over a 6 week period. Each session will be held virtually through a Webinar.  Attendees will be grouped into a cohort with a Rules expert that will hold office hours each week. During office hours the Rules expert will cover answers from sample rules questions given out during webinar session and provide additional help and learning support.

During the registration process you will be asked to enter your Golf Canada Score Centre login - the same way that you would post your score. ENTRY LIMIT: 120 Attendees

 

COURSE FEE: $40

 

The cost of the PNGA Seminar is $40. The fee is waived for referees who were on the 2025 Duty Roster or who volunteer with their Zone. During registration, all participants must enter payment information. You will not be charged if you meet one of the exempt criteria.

 

NEW FOR 2026:
The PNGA has partnered with The Roving Official to offer members a 50% discount on a two-month subscription, available for only $30.00. This widely used resource is highly recommended for those studying for USGA/PGA or R&A Rules Exams.

 

R&A RULES EXAM: While taking the Rules Exam is not required, it is encouraged. For those looking to become Rules Officials taking the test is required.
