-How this works is: If no one birdies hole 1, 2 or 3 and you are the only skin on hole 4, you win $1 x 4 x number of entries
-If no one wins a skin on hole 18, refunds of $1 per hole is refunded back to entry up to the last winning hole.
Example: if the last c/o skin is on hole 15, and no skin is won on 16,17, or 18, you'll receive $3 in return.
