The multiple day competitions are tailored for more experienced players.  All competitions are stroke play with the exception of the Oregon Junior Amateur.

This Event is the Uswing Junior World Qualifier - All Juniors wanting to qualify MUST Register for the Qualifier Division. Juniors need to register for Uswing Qualifying based on what their age will be on July 9, 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Must be an amateur between the ages of 8 - 18 years of age as of April 26, 2026
  • Must be a 2026 OGA Junior Golf Member 

 

Divisions:

 

All Boys and Girls 12 and older will play 18 holes.

All Boys and Girls 8 to 11 years old will play 9 holes.

 

  • Boys Open (14-18) must have a handicap index of 7.0 or below at entry deadline
  • Girls Open (12-18) must have a handicap index of 14.0 or below at entry deadline
  • Boys 12-14 | 15-18 (18 hole divisions)
  • Girls 12-14 | 15-18 (18 hole divisions)
  • Boys 8-11 (9 hole divisions)
  • Girls 8-11 (9 hole divisions)

 

Team Points are ONLY granted in the Open Divisions

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play Competition

 

Entry Fee:

 

18-Hole Divisions - $120 / 9-Hole Divisions - $90

All Uswing Qualifying** - $145

 

 

Entry Includes:

  • 2 rounds of golf
  • Lunch both days
  • Trophies to the top 3 finishers in each division

 

Entry Deadline: April 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Entries are accepted according to the date and time of entry and entry fee. Late entries will be accepted and placed on an alternate list to fill spots if they become available up until a time that the OGA Staff establishes. Late entries will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by the correct entry fee, plus an additional fee of $15. Contestants must contact the OGA in order to submit a late entry.

 

 

** Players age 13-14 and 15-18 who are interested in qualifying for Uswing Junior World Championship MUST select the proper Division. 2026 OGA Junior Golf Membership is also required to compete.  When registering for the Peter Jacobsen Junior Challenge, please select the Payment option to register for the proper Division with the Uswing Qualifier add-on. Boys competing in the Uswing Junior World Qualifying for the 13-14 year-old will play in the 12-14 age division and for the 15-18 year-old will play in the Open Division. Girls competing in the Uswing Junior World Qualifying will play in the Open Division. As of 2023 Oregon Junior Golf no longer provides subsidies to juniors who qualify to the Uswing Junior World.
