REGISTRATION

Participants should plan to arrive between 11:30am - 12:00pm PDT on Tuesday, April 21 at Uplands Golf Club.

HOST HOTEL

There are two hotel options for the event:

 

   1) The Strathcona Hotel is offering a discounted room rate of $200 plus taxes.  If you are interested to reserve a room, please email the Hotel Manager, Aisha, at hotelmanager@strathconahotel.com and she will call you back to confirm your reservation.  In your email, please reference the "Golf Canada Referee School" from April 21-23.

Please note that rooms must be reserved no later than Wednesday, March 18 to take advantage of the discounted rate.

 

   2) The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria is offering a discounted room rate of $309 plus taxes.  If you are interested to reserve a room, please call the hotel at 250-940-3100 and ask to speak with Vianna and reference the "Golf Canada Referee School" from April 21-23.  

 

 

TRANSPORTATION
No transportation will be provided form the host hotel to the golf course. Transportation is on the individuals to arrange, however, there may be carpooling opportunities that could be explored.

 

 

WHAT TO BRING

• Notepad, pens, pencils
• Official Guide to the Rules of Golf Book
• Course-marking shoes/pants (anything you don’t mind potentially getting paint on)
• Extra socks (if the ground is wet for the on-course practical)
• Putter and golf balls (if local)
• Rain gear and warm clothing (plan to dress for the weather)
• Umbrella

 

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The 2026 Referee School curriculum and schedule of events will be shared approximately one month before the event.  Participants should plan to arrive between 11:30am - 12:00pm PDT on Tuesday, April 21, and the final day will conclude around the same time.

 

Food & beverage will be provided as outlined below.  Any modifications will be communicated once the schedule of events is finalized.
