Registration Information

 

Please Note: Additional spots in the Boys 13–18 division are expected to open as we get closer to the event, based on results from the earlier Boys Jr. PGA Qualifiers. Players will be notified by email if they are moved into the field. This approach helps us manage the field size and avoid overbooking the Philadelphia Boys Jr. PGA Championship at Bellewood CC.

 

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 04:00 PM

 

Girls 10% Deadline: May 13th, 2026

 

Entry Fees: 18 Hole Member Entry Fee ($70.00, 1 Member)

9 Hole Member Entry Fee ($50.00, 1 Member)

18 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($185.00, 1 Non-member)

9 Hole Non-Member Entry Fee ($145.00, 1 Non-member)

 

Tee Times: 8:00am - 10:30am

 

Tournament Information

 

Boys Jr. PGA Qualifier: The top 1/3 of Boys 13-18 will qualify for the Philadelphia Boys Jr. PGA Championship at Bellewood Country Club on June 15th, Invitations will be sent out after each qualifier. 

 

Format: Individual Stroke Play, 18 holes for 13-18 Divisions and 9 holes for 12 & Under Divisions

 

Driving Range: Range will be open for players at Elmhurst Country Club, courtesy of the facility

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are NOT permitted at Elmhurst Country Club

 

Push Carts: Push carts are permitted at Elmhurst Country Club

 

Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course, carts will be available to rent for handicap only

 

F&B: Food and beverage will be available for purchase

 

Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before the registration deadline and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless the WD is due to illness, injury or family emergency.
