Format - 54-hole stroke play.  The field will be reduced to the low 40 and ties after 36-holes.

 

Field size - 80 players

 

Starting Times - Friday, June 12 - 11:00 am - 2:30 pm off #1

                            Saturday, June 13 - 11:00 AM - 2:30 pm off #1

                                     Sunday, June 14 - 8:00 am - 10:00 am off #1

                            Round 1 times will be posted on Friday, June 5

                            Rounds 2 and 3 will be paired based on score

 

Caddies - Caddies are NOT permitted.

 

Entry fee: $375 includes tournament rounds, course and cart fees, range fees, and awards.

 

Practice round - Available on Thursday, June 11, 2026.  Walking rate: $50; riding rate: $75.  Please call 919-515-6527 at least 7 days in advance to schedule a practice round.

 

On-site registration - There is no formal on-site registration.  Players are asked to check in with the starter 10 minutes before their starting time.

 

Awards - A trophy is awarded to the champion.  Lonnie Poole GC golf shop credit is awarded to the top 20 places.

 

Carts - Players will be provided a cart for all tournament rounds, but may walk.

 

Scorecards - The tournament will use Golf Genius digital scorecards

 

Spectator carts - Due to regular course play and players riding the event, spectator carts will not be available.  

 

Practice range - Complimentary practice balls are available before each round. To hit balls after a round, players must purchase range tokens from the golf shop.

 

Refunds - All refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be credited to the player's US Am account for future tournaments. The withdrawal breakdown is below.
