【 報名日期及規則 】

115 年 1 月 26 日（一）上午 9:00 - 115 年 2 月 27 日（五）下午6:00 或額滿為止

 

【 比賽日期 】

2026 年 3 月 15 日（日）

 

【 比賽場地】

北投國華高爾夫俱樂部

 

【 分組表及開球時間 】

於賽事前三天公布

 

【 獎項 】

  • 個人賽：小學、中學兩個組別，各取優勝前五名
  • 團體賽：小學、中學兩個組別，各取優勝前三名

 

 【 報名費用 】

報名費為每人每場次新台幣 $5,350 元（含擊球費）

 

【 比賽方式 】

1. 每場次各80位參賽者

2. 18洞比桿賽

 

【 退款辦法】

1. 以報名時註冊之Email發送請假通至 JGL (info@jgl.tw)

2. 退款規定

    a. 於 115 年 2 月 26 日（含）前 辦理請假者，將扣除新台幣 200 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。

    b. 於 115 年 2 月 27 日（含）至 3 月 13 日（含）期間辦理請假者，退還已繳費用之 70%。 

    c. 於 賽事當日 辦理請假，不予退費。

    d. 於 115 年 3 月 7 日（含）後 申請病假者，請提交正式就醫證明，將扣除新台幣 500 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。

3. 將統一於賽事結束後十個工作天退款。

4. 退款費用可選擇

    a. 扣抵下一場賽事報名費

    b. 直接匯款退還

 

【 其它注意事項 】

1. 若未收到匯款將有專人聯繫；否則不另行通知，將統一於賽事報名截止日隔天，透過電子郵件寄送【JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation 】至註冊信箱。

2. 若需實體收據請透過電子郵件或官方LINE索取，否則皆以電子檔透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。

3. 賽事編組表、開球時間與重要須知將統一於賽前三日透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。

4. 為避免遺漏JGL重要資訊，建議登入Golf Genius會員後，打開「訂閱」選項。

 

 

【 Registration Dates & Rules 】

9:00 Monday, January 26, 2026– 18:00 Friday, February 27, 2026, or when entries are FULL.

Kuo Hua Golf & Country Club

 

【 Pairings and Tee Times 】

To be announced three days prior to the event

 

【 Prizes 】

  • Individual Competition: There will be two divisions—Elementary School and High School. Top 5 of each division will awarded. 
  • Team Competition: There will be two divisions—Elementary School and High School. Top 3 of each division will awarded.

 

【 Entry Fee 】

NTD$5,350 per person

 

【 Competition Format 】

  • Field limited to 80 participants
  • 18-hole stroke play

 

【 Refund Policy 】

1. A withdrawal request MUST be emailed to official JGL email address at info@jgl.tw. The date of the email receipt will be considered the official applied date.

2. Refund guidelines

    a. Withdrawal on or before February 26, 2026, a handling fee of NTD $200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

    b. Withdrawal between Febryary 27, 2026 and March 12, 2026 – 70% of the paid fee will be deducted. 

    c. Withdrawal on event day: No refund.

    d. Withdrawal on or after March 7, 2026 with valid medical proof provided, a handling fee of NTD $500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing Timeline: all refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after the event.

4. Refund Method Options

    Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:

    a. Applied as a credit toward the entry fee for the next tournament, or

    b. Refunded via bank transfer.

 

【 Important Reminders 】

1. Payment Confirmation

Unless payment is missing, no separate notice will be sent. A confirmation email titled “Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation” will be sent after the registration deadline.

 

2. Receipts will be sent electronically; if a hard copy is needed, please request via email or the official LINE.

 

3. Tee Times & Pairings

Details will be emailed 3 days before the event.
