Fee Includes
Green fees, cart, warm-up balls, 4 beers, and appetizers per group.
Eligibility
Open to all regular LVMC members with a valid January 2026 SCGA Handicap Index.
Payouts and Prizes
Payouts and prizes will include:
- Low Net Team Payouts
- Closest to the Pin on Hole #3
- Mongol King Birdies or Better on Hole #12
Format and Scoring
Each group will consist of an A, B, C, and D player based on handicap.
The format is a 1-person best ball, plus the required score from the player assigned to the Orange Ball on each hole. Except holes 9 and 18, where the 2-person best ball will count.
Orange Ball rotation:
- Holes 1, 5, 10, and 14: A Handicap Player
- Holes 2, 6, 11, and 15: B Handicap Player
- Holes 3, 7, 12, and 16: C Handicap Player
- Holes 4, 8, 13, and 17: D Handicap Player
- Hole 9 and 18: 2 Best Scores between Player A, B, C, D
Tournament Day Information
Play will be governed by the 2026 USGA Rules of Golf, as amended by local rules.
All flights will play from the White Moveable Markers.
Please record your gross score on the scorecard.
Scores will be posted as Competitive Scores.
We will use digital scoring through the Golf Genius app. Your scorecard will include a scoring code, and scores must be entered using your mobile device.
Please also keep the paper scorecard. The paper scorecard must match the scores entered into the Golf Genius app.
LVMC Pace of Play Policies will be enforced (https://lvmgc.com/pace-of-play).
Local Rules
Free relief is provided from smut grass, tree roots, and unusual conditions in bunkers.
