REGISTRATION
Registration will take place Tuesday, August 18, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM outside the clubhouse.
All players are required to register. If you are unable to attend during the registration period, please email golf@britishcolumbiagolf.org or report to the Tournament Office upon arrival. Please bring your phone to registration
SCHEDULE & TEE SHEET
The full championship schedule is available here.
First and Second Round tee times will be posted on the event website and distributed by email on Saturday, August 15th.
Boys will be cut to 50% and ties following Round Two. Girls will not be cut. Final Round tee times will be based on score, with the leaders teeing off last. Final Round pairings will be available approximately 60 minutes after the completion of Round Two.
AIR QUALITY
The health and safety of all participants is our top priority. If the Government of Canada AQHI reaches Very High Risk, defined as an AQHI reading of 10 or higher, BC Golf will assess conditions and may suspend play, delay play, or cancel the tournament if deemed necessary. Any decisions related to air quality will be made with participant safety as the primary consideration and will be communicated to all players as promptly as possible.

MANDATORY PLAYER MEETING
A mandatory player meeting will be held on Monday, August 17th at 6:00 PM (PT) via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is required for all players. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.

RULES OF GOLF
All players are required to complete the R&A Level 1 Rules of Golf Certification.
If you have previously provided your certificate at a BC Golf Championship, your certification is already on file. Otherwise, please provide proof of certification during registration. Click here to begin.
PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a Practice Round on Tuesday, August 18th. Players can book their practice round on the event website under “Tee Sheets”. Do not contact the club regarding practice round booking.
YARDAGE & TEES
Tentative Maximum Yardages are posted on the Tournament Website under “Player Documents”. Yardage will be confirmed before the practice round. Players will play from the British Columbia Golf tee markers.
BETTER BALL
There is an optional Better Ball competition at this Championship. Players will provide their pairing at registration. Players who do not provide a pairing will not be paired up or appear on the Better Ball leaderboard.
PLAYOFF
In the event of a tie, playoffs will be conducted for First Place in the U17 Boys & U17 Girls Divisions.
Players tied for all other positions will remain tied. The Committee will determine the playoff order if multiple playoffs are required.
CADDIES
Caddies are not permitted.
COACHES
Coaches planning to attend the championship should email golf@britishcolumbiagolf.org in advance.
All coaches must be members of the PGA of Canada. Coach accreditation will be available for pickup at the Tournament Office upon arrival.
DRIVING RANGE
Driving range stalls are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and range balls will be provided for all players.
PRIZES
The champion will receive a trophy. The top three will receive a gold, silver, or bronze medal.
PLAYER MEALS
Players will receive a meal voucher gift card during registration. The restaurant will be open before the first tee time.
SCORE POSTING
BC Golf will post all scores to the Golf Canada Score Centre after the Championship.
